Modern cell phones & cameras insert a lot of metadata into your photos. For example, location, and timestamp to name a few. Pitara processes this information into a human-readable form and indexes it for searching. Play around with Pitara, you will be surprised to discover your photo treasures!

Why the name Pitara?

The name comes from the Hindi word Pitara (पिटारा), often used in the context of Magical Pitara.  You open the Pitara and discover pleasant treasures. In this case, you discover pleasant memories!
