How to reset the index

You should generally not be required to reset the Index, but in the rare case, if you have to do, please follow the below steps.

1. First close Pitara
2. Click WIN+R to run the command
3. Then type – %localappdata%Pitara
4. It will open the folder where Pitara keeps its data
5. Delete the folder called Index completely
6. Relaunch Pitara
